Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team. As a Facilities Management Assistant (FMA), you will provide high-quality cleaning services across the Division.

This role is perfect for an experienced Domestic Services worker who is passionate about delivering exceptional cleanliness and adhering to National standards.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and performing manual tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness Standards: Meet national standards, PLACE requirements, and CQC standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver cleaning services throughout the year.
  • Schedule Management: Work to an agreed cleaning schedule and complete relevant documentation.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning equipment and agents are available.
About This Role

This position requires experience in safety, health, and catering or cleaning tasks. You should have a strong understanding of National Standards of Cleanliness and NHS Colour Coding.

Requirements
  • NHS Experience: Have experience working in the NHS, preferably in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Hold a CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene or equivalent.
