Lead Business Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will play a critical role in helping businesses navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Provide expert advice on financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA-qualified (or on your way) with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in Business Services, ideally with leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong project management skills with a goal-oriented and dynamic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
