Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our meat production team in a fast-paced facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team and collaborate with other leaders to drive outcomes, keep people safe, motivated, and growing.

This position requires a strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a skilled team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workflow in meat processing and portion control to ensure every cut meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

You will champion process improvements, keep production moving efficiently, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a skilled team in a fast-paced meat production facility.
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow in meat processing and portion control to ensure every cut meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Champion process improvements, keep production moving efficiently, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in meat manufacturing, portion control, or similar production environments.
  • Trade qualifications as a butcher or prior meat manager experience (highly regarded).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of lifting team performance and culture.
  • Quality-first mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive improvements, make clear decisions, and communicate effectively.
