Job Overview:

Develop and lead the delivery of comprehensive Salesforce solutions in education, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions encompassing planning, development, testing, training, and handover.
  • Lead project teams through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers on project plans, client communication, risk management, and scope adherence.
  • Conduct business analysis, develop technical designs, and document processes and solutions.
  • Facilitate client workshops, showcases, and training sessions to drive client success.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, leveraging expertise to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Offer operational support as required to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions or leading comparable software implementations.
  • Proven track record of estimating, planning, designing, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Experience in at least two full life cycle implementations as a solution lead.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with data migration practices.
  • One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Nonprofit Cloud).
