This graduate program is designed for newly qualified engineers to gain hands-on experience in key areas of the mining cycle.

During this 24-month program, you will rotate through essential underground operational roles such as Truck Operator, Service Crew, Charge-up, Bogger Operator, and Driller, before advancing to Project Engineer training.

You'll apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic underground mining environment, gaining invaluable experience that sets the stage for your future career.

Upon completion, you'll have the opportunity to advance along either the operational career path or pursue a technical career by transferring to a specialized services team, where you'll receive training in engineering services such as drill and blast, mine design, planning, and scheduling.

Requirements:

To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately
  • A completed Mining Engineering degree
  • Full working rights in Australia or the ability to obtain a Visa
  • A valid Manual Driver's License
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Genuine enthusiasm to engage in various roles throughout the program

Candidates will be required to meet pre-employment criteria, including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
