Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven team player to join our dynamic retail team as an Assistant Thrift Shop Manager.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and develop stores to maximise profits and strengthen links between thrift shops and community groups.
This is a fixed-term part-time position, contracted for 12 months, with 13 hours per week allocated. The role is based in Bellarine Highway Op Shop in Moolap VIC.

- As an Assistant Thrift Shop Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing stock levels, and developing effective store displays.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve store presentation.
- Manage stock levels effectively, ensuring that inventory is always up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service.
