Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to become a key member of our team, contributing to the efficient management and operation of our property through leadership, innovation and coordination of our grounds maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and guidance to the grounds team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
  • Direct and contribute to the completion of daily tasks and duties of the Grounds team.
  • Coordinate grounds maintenance and improvement activities within work schedules, including vegetation management, landscaping and horticulture, minor building and structure maintenance, site remediation and preparation for larger-scale capital works projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in holiday park operations, landscaping, horticulture or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills to apply work practices and workflow within a holiday park, including scheduling activities, equipment maintenance and checking quality of work.
  • Effective leadership skills.
  • Experience with computers, including email, accounts and rostering.
