Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of quoted funds/ETF operations for the State Street Transfer Agency team in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quoted funds and ETF registry operations, as well as the ability to drive operational efficiencies and manage staff and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the implementation of quoted funds/ETF operations
  • Drive operational efficiencies and strive for best-in-class performance
  • Manage staff and client relationships, including training and development
  • Manage deliverables and ensure operational registry and reporting deliverables are met within agreed SLAs
  • Manage third-party vendors as required
Requirements
  • End-to-end understanding of quoted funds and ETF registry operations
  • Knowledge of investor services, fund accounting operational concepts, and corporate actions
  • Working knowledge/experience in HiTrust
  • Proven capability to manage a high-performing team
  • Strong liaison skills, both internal and external across all levels
  • Strong understanding of AML/FATCA/CRS rules as well as RG97
