Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. Your dedication and passion for this work will make a tangible difference in the lives of those you support.

You will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients, assisting them with social activities, personal care, medication management, household tasks, and maintaining their wellbeing. Required Skills & Qualifications:

We welcome applicants with or without a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent. You must possess a driver's license, reliable car, and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Comfortable using smartphones and tablets is essential for this role.

Able to travel to various locations, including Ballina, Lismore, and Goonellabah, is also required. If you have a passion for helping others and are willing to learn and adapt, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.

Benefits:

As a Support Worker with integratedliving Australia, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $32-$34, 12% superannuation, and weekend penalty rates. You will also receive up to $15,900 in tax-free salary packaging, $0.99/km travel allowance, and daily mobile allowance.
