About the Role

The Accreditation Team Leader plays a critical part in supporting business objectives by preparing and executing lender accreditation data, updating CRM systems, and providing leadership to team members.

This hands-on role requires strong communication skills, the ability to deal with complex inquiries, and support the team in delivering great customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding all aspects of the LMG accreditations process and providing leadership to team members.
  • Supporting the Accreditations team in their day-to-day work and collaborating with other teams when required.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through regular communication, including follow-up and check-ins.
  • Completing accreditation tasks, including collecting, checking, and uploading documentation, preparing accreditation envelopes for brokers, and ensuring timely performance of tasks.
  • Ongoing support, including reporting and feedback to Growth/Sales Teams, participating in accreditations and business projects, and improving accreditation processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Experience in Aggregation Accreditation tasks (minimum 4-5 years).
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with customer relationship management systems and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative work environment, and a comprehensive remuneration package.
