Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Operations Team Supervisor.

  • This position involves supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our teams and equipment.
  • The successful candidate will rotate throughout the day, conducting hazard assessments, reporting and compliance, coordinating schedules and plans, planning and conducting toolbox meetings, vehicle and equipment inspections, and accurately recording completed team tasks and overall crew performance.

Requirements:

  • A current driver's license is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have industry experience and/or relevant qualifications, such as Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture.
  • Operation of chainsaw Level 1 and/or 2 is also required.
  • The ability to work safely and with flexibility is crucial, particularly for extended periods away from home.
