About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fiberglass Fabrication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating high-quality fiberglass products, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and prepare reinforcement cutting templates and then cut reinforcements while maintaining material traceability.">
  • Prepare GRP substrate by mechanical abrasion in accordance with procedures and specifications.">
  • Decant, measure, and mix chemicals in accordance with procedures and specifications.">
  • Proficient in using resin rollers and spray equipment, inspecting and checking completed works at each stage to ensure correctness of work.">
  • Undertakes fibreglass repair work in compliance with requests and Quality requirements in conjunction with programming requirements.">
  • Analyses and resolves work problems associated with the selection and preparation of protective laminates or assists in solving these problems.">
  • Estimates requisitions of materials, tools, and consumables required for planned daily works.">
  • Ensures correct use of tools and equipment.">

Qualifications:

  • Three years of work experience in a related field or trade qualification.">
  • White Card induction.">

  • Relevant courses/qualifications in the Manufacturing area.">
  • ISO 14692-4 Pipe Fitter Bonder Certification.">
