Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor
About the Role:
The Accounts Payable Supervisor is a crucial role within Randstad, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team. Key responsibilities include managing staff, supporting cash flow analysis, and maintaining efficient accounts payable processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, oversee staff, and provide guidance to ensure team members are equipped to meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Cash Flow Analysis: Provide support for Treasury cash flow analysis, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
- Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and distribute invoice on hold reports on a weekly and month-end basis, resolving supplier and operations staff queries efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Check and process weekly and ad hoc payment runs, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, maintaining a strong focus on financial accuracy and attention to detail.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and personal development, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and skills to meet the evolving needs of the role.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years in an Accounts Payable role is highly desirable.
- Oracle system experience is essential for this position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
