Beautification Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beautification Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our in-store experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating engaging in-store experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, educating and delighting customers through product knowledge and demonstrations

- Collaborate with the in-store team to create impactful events and promotions that drive sales and engagement

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences

- Work flexibly across different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events

- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience are desirable but not essential

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of approximately $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, as well as opportunities for career development and growth within our organization. As part of our standard hiring process, you will be required to complete a Digital Interview by a third-party provider, HireVue.

**Requirements:**

- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or makeup artistry is desirable but not essential
