About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Defence Aviation Safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver audit and assurance activities to ensure compliance and conformance to regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and monitor performance, providing recommendations and actions based on objective evidence
  • Investigate incidents, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Review and update documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold formal qualifications as a Lead Auditor and have experience in Quality Management within an Aviation environment. You will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, and you must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, and your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
