Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
