We are seeking an experienced Integrated Planning Coordinator to join our team at the City of Coffs Harbour. As a key member of our corporate planning department, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of integrated plans that drive the growth and development of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, and Operational Plan
  • Support community engagement initiatives to promote participation and foster collaboration with residents
  • Analyse information to identify performance trends and present findings effectively
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective communication
  • Prepare corporate planning reports, including progress reports on the Delivery Program, Annual Reports, and State of our City Report

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, governance, planning, project management or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate or strategic planning, preparation of strategic plans or statutory reports
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
