This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their experience is nothing short of memorable. To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Experience in guest services from hotels, restaurants, airlines or other hospitality and tourism industries
  • Experience in the booking and coordination of functions and events
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in reservations systems would be an advantage as well as working within the premium dining space
  • The ability to work within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and maintain impeccable attention to detail
