About the Position

The role of a Cleaning Support Worker is pivotal in delivering exceptional care services to residents.

Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience in residential aged care cleaning is desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A desire to be part of a team dedicated to providing care services within a mission-based organisation.
Additional Key Skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
  • Working knowledge of workplace health and safety, as well as infection control principles.
  • Ability to operate standard domestic and industrial equipment safely.
  • Demonstrated food preparation and safety awareness is highly desirable.
  • Food Handling Certificate is an advantage.
