Care Support Specialist

Care Support Specialists provide high-quality support services to older individuals living in their own homes. This role involves delivering compassionate care and support tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences, enabling them to maintain independence.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged or Community Care and relevant experience working in home care environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding assistance
- Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer transportation services for appointments and leisure activities
- Maintain effective communication with clients and their families
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged or Community Care
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Consent to undertake background checks
- Previous home care experience
