Financial Planning and Analysis Leader Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis leader to drive strategic financial initiatives across all departments. As a key member of our finance team, you will lead the development and improvement of financial processes, create insightful reports, manage general ledger activities, and cost analysis to support business decision-making.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis strategies for all departments
  • Spearhead cost management initiatives, including annual cost plans, forecasts, and ongoing analysis
  • Support business case development and cost variance analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead the consolidation of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and prepare month-end journals and accruals

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in similar accounting roles with proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and systems, particularly SAP
