Futsal 4 Life, a leading social futsal competition provider in Melbourne, seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Futsal League Supervisor to join our team.

We are a professional organisation with over 14 years of experience in delivering fun and engaging futsal leagues for all standards of play. Our employees are expected to maintain the highest level of performance, which will be instilled in them as a great work ethic that will benefit them in future roles.

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about football and futsal, with a comprehensive knowledge of the rules. As a current University/Tertiary student, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have your own car and be able to lift 15 kgs goals.

The Futsal League Supervisor will be responsible for supervising games at indoor sports venues in Melbourne, implementing tasks such as taking payment from teams, issuing first aid when required, liaising with teams on communications, setting up venues, and cleaning courts prior and after games.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Must submit resume + cover letter via Seek portal
  • Current University/Tertiary student
  • Must have own car
  • Must have background in Football or Futsal
  • Must be able to work Sundays
  • Must work for longer than a year in the role
  • High attention to detail
  • People management skills
  • Thorough task execution
  • Strong desire to perform the role as well as possible
  • Ability to lift 15 kgs goals

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will be based in Footscray, Fitzroy, or Carlton areas.
