We have an exciting opportunity for you to begin your new career within the auto glass industry as an apprentice windscreen fitter. Our Perth Heavy Vehicle division offers a unique chance to learn and grow while receiving supportive on-the-job training.

If you love delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a strong work ethic, and want to receive comprehensive training, then this is the right career for you.
- This apprenticeship offers on-the-job learning with a very supportive team and management
- Complete the apprenticeship within 3-4 years and receive the full qualification from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- You will be paid based on competency and not tenure: eg. you could be paid Level 5 after 2 years but not receive your certification.
- We encourage you to stay employed after completing your apprenticeship.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading glass
  • Crane and machinery fitment
  • Undergoing the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Developing the skills and capabilities to repair, replace, and fit windscreens on heavy vehicles to Australian Standards
  • Learning how to complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Delivering an excellent experience to our customers
