About the Role

This full-time or part-time position involves working with clients to identify RTW barriers, design and implement programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce, and provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, employers and insurers.

You will be working closely with a talented team of allied health professionals who share your commitment to excellence and dedication to making a positive impact on people's lives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments to identify RTW barriers
  2. Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  3. Design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
