About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment.
- Support the Centre Manager to manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community, including partnerships and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
- Mentor and support the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the early childhood education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
