Senior F&B Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage team.
Main Responsibilities:- Guarantee smooth floor operations in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Manage the profitability, presentation, and operation of these venues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our food and beverage offerings to promote to clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing team culture is maintained.
- Work closely with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions for the Food and Beverage department.
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a similar role.
- Possession of a current RSA certification.
- Proven experience in managing staff, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Expertise in generating innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives.
