About the Role:

  • Previous warehouse supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams, managing KPIs.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities, workflow, and work under pressure.
  • Strong customer focus and high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) and ability to operate a WMS.
  • Forklift licence.
  • Experience in a 3PL environment, automotive/industrial industry experience desirable.
