As a Registered Nurse with Arcare, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while also developing your skills and career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality medical care to residents, including assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
* Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
* Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
* Provide comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
* Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
