**Warehouse Operations Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills.

About the Role:

  • This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, including sorting freight and ensuring shipments move through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
  • You will also be operating equipment such as forklifts to transport materials around the warehouse.
  • Your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in providing support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing inventory, including checking stock levels and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Sorting freight and ensuring shipments move through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
  • Operating equipment such as forklifts to transport materials around the warehouse.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to evidence working rights in Australia.
  • Ability to pass Criminal History Check and Pre-Employment Fitness Assessment.
