About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our diverse and experienced multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work collaboratively to deliver a range of occupational rehabilitation services, applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own day with flexibility and autonomy, working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
  • Complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs, working with employers and employees to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, including case management and return to work planning.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy, with registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA.
  • Clinical knowledge of pathologies and strong communication skills to build and develop relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • A desire to problem-solve and innovate, with the confidence to achieve results and make a positive impact.
