Job Description

As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common spaces. Your primary objective will be to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, while also providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality cleaning services to meet client expectations.
  • Providing responsive customer service, responding promptly to client needs and concerns.
  • Working autonomously and collaboratively with others to achieve scheduled work on time.
  • Using cleaning chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and equipment correctly and efficiently.
  • Identifying and reporting safety, maintenance, and compliance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be an Australian citizen or a Naturalised Australian citizen with a valid Naturalisation certificate as proof.
  • Hold a current AFP (Australian Federal Police Clearance) within 30 days.
  • Be prepared to undergo additional security vetting processes.
  • Have relevant experience in general cleaning, window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and strip and sealing (desirable).
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle (manual license is advantageous).
  • Be available to work five days a week, with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
