Job Title: Horticulture Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Horticulture Team Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, leadership skills, and experience working with a team. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Industry leadership experience.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
