As a casual merchandiser, you will play a vital role in supporting the retail display of Mondelēz International brands in the Albury Wodonga area. This includes Corowa, Beechworth, and Yackandandah.
This position is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and have strong communication skills. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers and the sales team, setting up product displays, and ensuring products are consistently available on shelf for customers to purchase.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and the sales team through reliable, efficient, and communicative interactions
- Set up product displays according to Mondelēz standards and agreed-upon locations
- Utilize point-of-sale materials to generate shopper interest and drive sales
- Verify that products are consistently available on shelf for customers to purchase
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance shopper engagement with our products
- Average 18-20 hours per week, with Tuesday to Thursday availability preferred; additional hours during peak periods
- Access to your own vehicle with valid car insurance and driver's license
- Ability to work across multiple stores in the Albury Wodonga area
