About the Department:


The Transport & Main Roads department plays a vital role in shaping Queensland's transport infrastructure. Our team is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing various transportation projects across the state.



Job Requirements:

  • Must have a relevant degree in property from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent qualification
  • Should have eligibility for immediate registration as a valuer
  • Must have a current Class C driver's license or ability to obtain one immediately
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting relationships with various stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex legal and policy frameworks


Key Responsibilities:

As a Land Development Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:



Project Coordination:

  • Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve project-related issues


Property Advice:

  • Providing expert advice on property matters related to transport infrastructure projects
  • Developing and implementing strategies for acquiring land for future infrastructure projects
  • Working closely with stakeholders to resolve property-related issues


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in interpreting complex legal and policy frameworks, and experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
