We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This role involves managing employee relations matters for client groups, supporting new people initiatives, and implementing human resources policies.
About the Role- Employee Relations Management: Manage employee relations matters for client groups, ensuring optimal working environments and promoting a culture of excellence and performance.
- New People Initiatives: Partner closely with client groups to support and guide new people initiatives that drive expansion, employment brand, and EVP.
- Policies and Procedures: Work closely with management to ensure the effective implementation of human resources policies, practices, and procedures.
- Business Projects: Initiate, manage, and contribute to major human resources reports, projects, committees, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- HR Administrative Duties: Manage HR administrative duties, including casual discontinuation processes, succession planning, absenteeism management, return to work, and accurate people and compliance data.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Store and Loss Prevention Management to ensure timely recruitment of vacancies.
- Generalist HR/ER Experience: 3+ years of generalist HR/ER experience.
- Employment Relations Legislation: Strong knowledge of Employment Relations legislation and requirements.
- Compliance and Engagement: Demonstrated knowledge in compliance, talent attraction, development and movement, driving performance, employee relations, and engagement.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proven interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Time Management: Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
