About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Secretary to join our client's thriving Litigation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the lawyers and assisting with various litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries and schedules for the litigation team
  • Assist with client inquiries and correspondence
  • File management and preparation of court documents
  • Prepare correspondence to clients, barristers, and third parties
Requirements
  • Experience as a personal assistant or legal secretary
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Accurate word processing skills and attention to detail
