Job Title: Project Director

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to project teams, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and engineers.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Optimise project delivery and processes by developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management by upholding health, safety, and environmental standards and company policies.
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships by building and maintaining partnerships with developers, local authorities, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential civil construction management, excellent leadership and mentoring skills, and strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
