Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in a retail environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card sales.
  • To maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • To work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
