Personalised Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to join our care team. As a Personalised Support Worker, you will provide tailored support and assistance to clients, enabling them to live their lives with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with daily activities: assisting with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Mobility assistance: aiding clients in moving around their homes or communities, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Companionship: providing emotional support and engaging in conversation.
  • Domestic assistance: assisting with light cleaning duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant qualification), NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, Victorian Driver Licence, own reliable transport in an insured vehicle, CPR & First Aid Certificates, and strong communication skills.
