About the Position:
As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based manual therapy, developing rapport with workers, and using your clinical reasoning skills to deliver positive health outcomes for workers and their employers. This is a full-time onsite treatment and injury prevention role, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy services to workers onsite
- Implement dynamic programs tailored to improve the health and wellbeing of the team
- Develop rapport with workers and employers to deliver positive health outcomes
- Use clinical reasoning skills to diagnose and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- 1 year experience in onsite or private practice setting
- Passionate about hands-on MSK Physiotherapy
- A confident communicator
- Patient, service-oriented, and a 'people person'
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
- A passion and drive to make a difference
- Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set, and career
- Current driver's licence and own car
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
