**Your Role: Technology Risk Senior Manager**

You will be responsible for ensuring effective technology risk management within Macquarie's Operational Risk Management Frameworks. This includes driving a proactive risk culture, facilitating training, and performing assurance reviews on critical controls and risk focus areas. You will leverage data tools like Alteryx to identify operational issues and control breakdowns, advising senior stakeholders on sustainable remediation strategies.

You will also support incident root cause investigation, trending analysis, process automation identification, and adoption of data-enabled reviews to support end-to-end digitization. Your expertise will be showcased through clear and concise findings presented to the team and business leads.

**What We Offer**

We are seeking an individual with 8+ years of technology expertise in operational risk management, technology operations, and assurance, with experience in data analytics within financial services. Institutional banking or markets background is advantageous.
