IT Systems Engineer Opportunity

This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technical skills to drive business growth and improvement.

As a key member of the IT team, you will provide day-to-day technical support to various areas of the business, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with the Security team to strike a balance between security, productivity, and user experience, and continually identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and building self-service solutions, monitoring and maintaining office technology, and implementing and managing complex technical projects.

Requirements
  • Experience in administration across various SaaS platforms, including Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Proficiency in Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra.
  • Understanding of identity provisioning technologies such as SCIM.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Ability to implement technical projects across various technologies and platforms, and manage and deploy applications to macOS and iOS.
  • Knowledge of scripting, APIs, and automating repetitive tasks, and experience with installing, implementing, and maintaining office networks and remote access (VPN/Zero Trust).
