Maintenance Supervisor Electrical & Automation

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and oversee the site's electrical maintenance and automation functions ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment.

  • Provide technical oversight across PLCs, SCADA, motor control, and instrumentation systems ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of advanced automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize asset reliability.
  • E nsure maintenance practices adhere to a safety-first culture and align with operational excellence standards.
  • Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance trades at the Revesby site ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination and alignment.
  • Oversight of both electrical and mechanical maintenance outcomes including compliance, asset care, and resource planning is essential for success in this role.
  • Integrate electrical and mechanical teams to deliver cohesive plant reliability strategies and operational alignment.

For this position, we require:

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering and/or Automation with a strong focus on asset management.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in asset management (e.g. RCM, PMO) with proven leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver high equipment reliability and maintenance performance results.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
  • Skilled in problem-solving decision-making risk management and ensuring compliance with statutory legislative and Australian Standards requirements.
  • Experienced in performance management process optimisation and proficient in CMMS SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
