Lead Exercise Physiologist

The Exercise Physiology Lead plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality services within the Exercise Physiology department. This key position oversees clinical operations, service development, and quality assurance, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and person-centred service delivery.
This leadership role requires proven experience in providing exercise physiology consultations to individuals and groups, with demonstrated ability to assess client needs within scope of service delivery.
- Key responsibilities include promoting the program, allocating resources, setting priorities, and ensuring effective management practices are implemented.
- A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology is essential, alongside current registration as an Exercise Physiologist with ESSA- Exercise and Sports Science Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role, as well as a current First Aid Certificate.
