Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Occupational Therapist focused on person-centred care, you will work within a collaborative transdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for clients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering both individual and group occupational therapy training and intervention programs.
- Utilizing various interactive and digital assessments to evaluate client progress.
- Assessing and training clients in the effective use of assistive devices for daily activities, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Providing guidance on low-vision techniques and strategies to enhance occupational performance and overall quality of life.
To excel in this position, you must possess a nationally recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy and maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Additionally, you should demonstrate:
