Role Overview
At Australian Unity, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of health insurance claims and clinical applications.
This key position involves reviewing and processing claims to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing claims submissions for accuracy and completeness;
- Conducting thorough investigations into complex or disputed claims;
- Communicating effectively with claimants and stakeholders to resolve issues;
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement process improvements and optimize claim handling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in nursing or a related field;
- Proven experience in clinical settings or healthcare administration;
