Experienced Plumbing Estimator Required for Residential and Commercial Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Estimator to join our team at Level Group ANZ. As a Plumbing Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and resources required for plumbing projects.
Responsibilities- Project Analysis: Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
- Material Estimation: Conduct material take-offs and accurately estimate the quantities of plumbing materials required.
- Quote Acquisition: Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.
- Cost Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Cost Tracking: Track project costs and provide regular reports to management.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Plumbing Estimator.
- Plumbing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and materials.
- Estimating Software: Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- Mathematical Skills: Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
