About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our finance team.

You will provide proactive bookkeeping and administrative support to the Finance Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of finance functions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Processing accounts payable, reconciling creditor accounts, and managing supplier payments
  • End-to-end payroll processing & administration, including timesheet management, deductions, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Updating and maintaining financial records and registers across accounting software
  • Assisting with monthly and end-of-year financial reporting, coding, and general ledger entries
  • Supporting banking processes, including reconciliation of receipts and maintenance of petty cash

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in financial administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping or a similar support role. Prior experience in accounting software is essential.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position with ownership of tasks and thrives in a respectful team environment.
