As a dedicated Operating Theatre Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the Operating Theatre. - Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to the diverse needs of patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management.
- Work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, to ensure 24/7 patient care.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of Operating Theatre experience is essential.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (ieMR) is mandatory.
- Previous experience working in Australia, particularly in Queensland Health and/or Mackay Hospital and Health Service, is highly valued.
- Hold current certifications in ALS, BLS, Resus, and Triage.
- Be registered with AHPRA and hold valid working rights for Australia.
