We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team.

Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality pharmacy services in a hospital setting and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to patients.
  • Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations and monitor medication outcomes.
  • Work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.
Requirements:
  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in community pharmacy or 1 year in hospital pharmacy.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Personal indemnity insurance.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
